Founder / CEO - Antonio Lenard
Elite Sports Atlanta (ESA) and
Elite Dreams Foundation (EDF)

in early 2008 after relocating to Atlanta to be with his family.  He has 20+ years of experience coaching, training and scouting athletes as well as operating teams, programs, events and managing staff and facilities for multi-sport activities. Coach Lenard has coached at the professional, collegiate and high school levels where he has accumulated a wealth of knowledge which has sustained his ability to coach high-impact NBA summer leagues, pro tryout camps, basketball camps, physical training, and a variety of sporting events each year. Antonio’s background demonstrates an accomplished portfolio in leadership, athletic development and motivation. To my credit the following Collegiate & NBA players have trained under Elite Sports: Dorell Wright (Portland Trailblazers),  Anthony Randolph (Denver Nuggets) Asauhn Tatum of (Auburn University) Brian Weathers(University of California),  James Head (LA Clippers ) and Anthony “Pig” Miller (Atlanta Hawks).

With Coach Lenard’s leadership, ESA has the potential of becoming one of the largest enterprises in the sports industry today.  A large part of our mission is to offer youth choices of pathways as well, not only in sports but with performing arts and scholastic excellence through our education and performing arts centers.  We are creating an international movement that expands the minds of all young people. By providing them with the right tools and skill sets to help them become achievers imbricated by a culture of success through personalized development and the hands-on implementation of core values, the ESA-EDF combination will breed a culture of teamwork that fosters critical life skills leading to achievement in both their personal and professional lives.

Coach Lenard is  currently in the process of building a state-of-the art indoor sports facility with emphasis on education, performing arts and entertainment  by hosting leagues, tournaments, games and social and educational events as well.

What we do know is that in today’s, society is that teaching youth a skill alone is not enough. However, giving students all the tools needed to achieve their goals while utilizing their abilities with strong morals and values, allows us to assist in creating more successful individuals that will help to enrich our communities. Antonio sleeps, eats, drinks and breathes sports.  He has a long line of athletic genes throughout his family history, including: Edgar Jones (of the Detroit Pistons, San Antonio Spurs, Cleveland Cavaliers), Ronnie Reese (of the Phoenix Suns), Voshon Lenard (of the Miami Heat, Denver Nuggets, Toronto Raptors), Kenneth Howell (of the Los Angeles Dodgers & Philadelphia Phillies), and my Uncle Frank Lenard who was the Former Head Basketball coach at Detroit Southwestern High School. This is not only a dream for me, it’s in my blood.

We are committed to exposing our young athletes to the B side of the game to ensure they acquire a sound educational foundation, learn the business of sports and have options in the event of a shortened career or retirement.   Coach Lenard has been involved with or responsible for more than 80 young athletes obtaining full athletic scholarships over the past few decades.

Elite Sports Atlanta (ESA)  was designed to transform the lives of youth using sports and performing arts to capture their interest and attention in order to expose them to educational and entrepreneurial opportunities.

The Elite Dreams Foundation serves as a flagship platform for our education division. We encourage, educate, develop and expose youth to opportunities and pathways toward the attainment of their unique goals and aspirations for successful lives and careers. In concert with our community, nonprofit and corporate partners, we focus on two distinct platforms through which we embed and layer supportive enrichment experiences which build character, strength, leadership and a sense of responsibility to community.

Mark started in the Sports Marketing Field over 20 years ago, after having success and racking up an enviable portfolio of high-value partnerships in the Sales/Marketing area at both large and small companies.
